The Vanishing (1988 film)

i love horror films but hate jump scares. this film never startled me, but scared me so badly i cried.

5 stars, 10/10, thrilling, a must-see. the cinematography, character development, and frighteningly close attention to detail secured its place as one of my "top of all time" favorites
